This site is a Shopify site that directly submits your order to a third-party print vendor and drop shipping fulfillment center. All order submissions are individually printed on-demand per order by the vendor and shipped by the third-party fulfillment provider based on the shipping choice you made upon checkout.

If you need to delay your order until a certain time, please order it at a later date (with your ideal arrival date in mind) as the printing company is unable to support delay requests in their systems. Once an order is placed it will go directly into production and be shipped according to the shipping you chose in your checkout.

Double check the number of books your new members will need before you order. Be sure to order one copy for your New Member Orientation Director to follow along with in addition to their facilitation guide.

In the event that you did not order enough books, you are able to place an additional order.

Your order tracking information will be available once your order has shipped. The tracking link will be emailed/texted to the email address and/or phone number that was provided when placing your order. Please note, it may take 2-5 business days before your tracking information is available.

Hold onto any extras! This version of the New Member Workbook and Facilitaor Guide will be valid through Spring of 2024.

You are responsible for verifying and double checking all address information when ordering to ensure it is correct before placing your order. Failure to enter the correct address (including apartment number or letter) may result in delivery issues or loss of your book order if delivered to an incorrect or invalid mailing address. As with any online shopping website, we are unable to edit any shipping of billing addresses after an order is submitted.

If your book arrives with any damages, please email Kristen Wagner immediately with 2-3 detailed images of your books, your order number, and the best phone number or email to reach you at. Please note that you need to inform us of any damage immediately. We will be unable to work with the printer to refund or replace any items without cost to the chapter after 5 days of reciept of your books.
